DPD has revealed the names of the five companies that will be participating in its groundbreaking EcoLaunchpad initiative.
The announcement comes after a competitive Pitch Day, where companies from around the globe presented their innovative solutions to DPD’s senior leadership team. The selected finalists will now embark on a ten-week journey to fine-tune their technologies in a real-world setting.
The EcoLaunchpad programme was open to companies worldwide and focused on four key areas:

So, we are absolutely delighted to confirm the final five today and move into the next phase, where we get to work together to see how these future innovations could help us on our journey to Net Zero by 2040.”
Daniel Saunders, CEO of L Marks, added, “It was great to be back at DPD’s Superhub in Hinckley for Pitch Day. With so many innovative companies having applied to be a part of DPD EcoLaunchpad, this event enabled us to finalise on the best solutions for DPD. Five amazing companies from across the globe have been selected to join the programme, where they will tackle some of the key challenges facing the parcel delivery industry. I look forward to seeing what each company will achieve over the ten weeks.”
