Submitted articles must be current, contain at least 400 words and include a suitable high-resolution image. Relevant video links may also be included. All content is reviewed before publication, and we reserve the right to edit headlines, wording and formatting to meet our editorial standards.
Approved promotional articles are published within the dedicated Insight / Partner Content section of the website and clearly identified as commercial content. Promotional articles will only appear within the main News section when they cover genuine, timely news that is directly relevant to the retail industry.
Newsletter and social media promotion will be considered separately based on the relevance, quality and value of the article to our audience. Before publication, we will confirm the agreed website placement, whether newsletter or social media promotion is included, and any other relevant details.
