EuroCIS 2025 from 18 to 20 February 2025 is shaping up to be the biggest yet. Retail industry experts can expect to see the latest developments in retail technology as well as a full programme of presentations and special forums on the topics driving retail technology.
Visitors from the fields of retail and wholesale, hospitality, food service & catering, leisure as well as financial services and banks will again gather information on the latest developments in retail technology. The trade fair offers a broad spectrum of detailed solutions including merchandise & supply chain management, POS soft and hardware, HR, robotics, security & loss prevention, cash management and pricing.
EuroCIS WILL Focus on Hot Topics
These five topics have been and will continue to drive the industry and will be featured heavily at EuroCIS:
- Artificial Intelligence is rapidly revolutionising retail with improved data analytics and process automation.
- Customer Centricity is increasingly moving centre stage with increased personalisation and the creation of a seamless shopping experience through technologies such as IoT and AI.

EuroCIS Supporting Program and Special Forums
The popular Start-Up Hub is back and will again provide an excellent opportunity to get to know promising newcomers and forge new business contacts. In addition, 2025 will see the premiere of two new Hubs: Food Service Innovation and Cybersecurity. The Food Service Innovation Hub will address several factors transforming the industry such as digitalization, AI and robotics. A unique platform for future-oriented technologies and concepts, the Food Service Innovation Hub emphasises the growing importance of catering in the retail sector. The Cybersecurity Hub will showcase innovative solutions and technologies to address the growing cybersecurity challenges facing (retail) businesses. This hub offers a unique opportunity for retailers to learn about the latest developments in IT security and find solutions to effectively protect their systems and customer data.
EuroCIS will also once again offer a varied program of presentations. This year on three stages: The Red Stage featuring presentations on insights into all facets of the retail tech industry. The Blue Stage, showcasing a dynamic mix of presentations covering the entire spectrum of tomorrow’s retail technologies. And the Black Stage, where innovative and creative founders will present their products and solutions.
In addition, the EHI Retail Institute will present two awards during EuroCIS. The retail technology awards europe (reta) and the science award, which honour particularly impressive and successful concepts from the fields of retail technology, design and science.
Guided Innovation tours are also on offer, giving visitors a chance to experience several highlights and innovations, first hand. Tours will focus on several topics including AI, digital signage solutions, mobile applications and cyber security among others.
