CDO Retail Exchange
CDO Retail Exchange is an invitation-only event for senior data, AI and digital leaders in retail. The 2027 edition is scheduled for 7 and 8 July at Hilton London Syon Park in Brentford, west London. It is organised by IQPC through its AI, Data & Analytics Network.
Format
Attendance is capped at around 70 senior leaders, which keeps the event small and focused on discussion. Over two days, attendees take part in thought leadership sessions and pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings with a limited group of solution partners. The organiser cites more than 250 one-to-one meetings, 14 hours of content and 12 hours of networking.

Sessions cover data governance, real-time data, the integration of AI into retail operations, extending analytics across the business, and connecting digital and store data.
