Evolve Estates, part of the commercial property and investment group M Core, has announced the arrival of leading fashion retailer H&M as a new tenant at The Grosvenor Centre in Northampton. H&M has signed on to occupy a substantial 29,160 sq ft unit on The Parade, further enhancing the retail and leisure destination’s appeal.
The addition of H&M to The Grosvenor Centre’s tenant roster marks a significant development, offering shoppers access to a globally recognised brand known for its wide range of fashion offerings. The new store will occupy a prominent position within the centre, contributing to the already diverse mix of retailers and reinforcing the centre’s status as a key shopping destination in the region.
