Just Eat, the UK’s largest delivery network, has officially entered the electronics sector through an exclusive partnership with premium tech retailer Richer Sounds. This collaboration marks Just Eat’s expansion beyond food delivery, offering a new convenience for customers with the option to order a wide range of electronic products and have them delivered within 30 minutes.

The service, available in 51 stores across the UK—including major cities like London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, and Nottingham—allows customers to order essential electronics for immediate needs. These include chargers, headphones, and Bluetooth speakers, as well as high-quality entertainment items such as projectors, turntables, and speakers, ideal for spontaneous movie or music nights at home.

Just Eat’s app will feature a tailored electronics shopping experience, with detailed product information, real-time availability, and delivery tracking. This initiative aims to simplify electronics shopping, extending Richer Sounds’ product access to a new audience and enabling its customers to benefit from fast, flexible delivery.

Claire Pointon, Managing Director at Just Eat, emphasised the brand’s commitment to delivering essential items with ease: “We’re thrilled to be enabling our millions of customers to order electronics with the same ease and efficiency as their favourite restaurant meals. Whether needing a new speaker to blast music for a last-minute Christmas party, or in need of an emergency HDMI lead to host a Champions League watch party, our collaboration with Richer Sounds ensures we’re delivering for customers whenever and wherever they need us.”

This initiative makes Just Eat the first on-demand delivery partner for Richer Sounds. Nathan Kennaugh, Managing Director of Richer Sounds, shared his excitement about the partnership: “We’re so excited to be the very first UK electronics retailer to partner with Just Eat, now delivering home entertainment to our customers so they can enjoy impromptu music and movie nights without the need to leave home. We realise great customer service is sometimes all about speed and convenience, so now if you’re caught without a phone charger or headphones, Richer Sounds and Just Eat can be with customers in a new, fast and flexible way to deliver life’s tech necessities.”

This new collaboration comes as Just Eat expands its on-demand delivery services across various sectors, following recent partnerships with several major UK retailers, including Waitrose, Boots, Cardfactory, Lovehoney, and HelloFresh. The move reflects the growing demand for convenient delivery options across an increasingly broad range of consumer products, positioning Just Eat as a leader in the on-demand delivery space for food, everyday essentials, and now, electronics.
