N Brown Group plc known for its inclusive fashion and homeware offerings, has recently unveiled its state-of-the-art Product Information Management (PIM) system. This development marks a significant stride in the company’s commitment to transforming its digital infrastructure and enriching the shopping experience for its customers.

The new PIM system is engineered to elevate the customer journey on N Brown’s platform by offering enriched product descriptions, including detailed insights on sizing, fit, and material. By fostering greater consistency and precision in communications before purchases across various channels, the system aims to empower customers with the information needed to make informed buying decisions. This initiative is expected to decrease return rates and, consequently, enhance overall customer satisfaction.

PIM Simply Be

This launch is a pivotal element of N Brown’s broader strategic objective to revolutionise the customer experience, underpinning the company’s dedication to digital transformation. The introduction of the PIM system aligns with the recent rollouts of new, mobile-first websites for key brands within the group, such as Simply Be and Jacamo, which have already started reaping benefits in terms of improved site speed and a more fluid digital shopping environment.

Currently operational on Simply Be, plans are in place to extend the PIM system to other flagship brands within the group, including JD Williams and Jacamo, later in the year.
