Daniel Cuffley has two decades of experience driving business development and sales growth for companies including Motorola and leading B2B tech innovators, Velti, Asicion, Medallia Inc. and ThoughtSpot.  Daniel, who previously served as VP EMEA for the analytics anywhere company, Starbust Data, will use his expertise to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities for YOOBIC across Europe, as the company looks to double the size of its customer reach in this key region.

“I’m a passionate believer in the power of engaging and motivating the frontline workforce to create positive change across businesses.  I’m delighted to join YOOBIC who really understand the need to focus on optimising the last six feet of the customer journey, through frontline engagement, to transform the customer experience,” commented Cuffley.

“Across Europe, and the world, retailers and hospitality businesses that tap into the potential of their frontline employees and empower them to perform to their best will win the fight of organisational agility, resilience, and profitability and will be better placed to successfully navigate economic headwinds,” commented Fabrice Haiat, co-founder and CEO, YOOBIC.

“YOOBIC is helping to ensure that organisations can effectively support, engage and train these vital employees — and Daniel’s appointment underscores our commitment to putting the talent and vision in place to support our European growth and better serve clients in the months – and indeed years – to come.”
