Grosvenor has announced that fashion retail group TFG London has committed to opening its largest store yet, a 12,000 sq ft multi-brand flagship at Liverpool ONE. The new store, set to open next spring on South John Street, will bring TFG’s popular brands—Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, and Inside Story—back to the city in one central location.

This flagship store will showcase the full collections from all four brands, marking their return to Liverpool for the first time in five years. The store will house Hobbs’ luxury fashion, Phase Eight’s occasionwear, and Whistles’ contemporary womenswear. Additionally, customers will have access to specialist collections, including bridal and petite ranges, alongside a luxury styling suite designed to enhance the shopping experience for event-goers. The store will also feature an Inside Story homewares department, offering an extensive selection of soft furnishings and home accessories.

The flagship store in Liverpool ONE is part of a larger investment in South John Street, which continues to evolve as a prime retail location. TFG’s move follows a wave of recent investments from brands such as Zara, which opened the first phase of its significantly upsized 42,000 sq ft store earlier this month, with a full launch expected in December.

TFG London’s flagship will further strengthen Liverpool ONE’s retail offering, joining a vibrant mix of fashion and lifestyle brands. Additionally, South John Street recently saw the opening of Montirex, the popular technical outdoor and sportswear brand, which launched its first-ever physical store, delivering its collection across a 3,000 sq ft space.
