Alo Yoga has announced a major update to the Alo Yoga Sanctuary on Roblox, bringing new interactive experiences while integrating real-world rewards at its 150 retail locations.
Developed in partnership with Sawhorse, the enhanced virtual space bridges the gap between digital wellness and in-store engagement, offering users exclusive in-game items for visiting physical Alo stores.
Connecting Alo Virtual And Physical Wellness
The updated Alo Sanctuary allows players to access exclusive digital rewards by visiting Alo stores and scanning near-field communication (NFC) stickers on store windows. This activation enables users to claim a free virtual item, such as the limited-edition Alo G.O.A.T. varsity jacket, directly linking the immersive Roblox experience with Alo’s real-world locations.

New Features In The Alo Sanctuary
The updated virtual space introduces a running experience featuring scenic routes, where players can test Alo’s signature runners, collect coins, and complete fitness challenges. The gym area has been upgraded with interactive Alo-branded equipment, including treadmills, weight benches, and stationary bikes, allowing users to customize their workouts. A cold plunge recovery zone inspired by real-world wellness practices adds to the immersive experience, alongside new Alo Moves yoga and meditation content.
To celebrate the refresh, Alo is releasing free user-generated content (UGC) items, including two yoga mats and trucker hats. The brand is also introducing exclusive paid digital items, such as the Alo Runner sneakers, Alo Recovery Mode sneakers, and the Make Waves Set, marking its first foray into premium Roblox fashion.

Alo is also launching a Proof of Attendance Protocol (POAP) activation, in collaboration with POAP Studio. By tapping their phones on NFC-enabled signage at Alo stores, visitors can unlock an exclusive digital collectible jacket that automatically appears in their Roblox inventory.
