Strong sales performance has translated into long-term lease renewals from key brands, with POLO Ralph Lauren committing to another five years at the outlet. Other major renewals include Cadbury, Berghaus, and Levi’s, demonstrating continued retailer confidence in Caledonia Park as a prime outlet shopping destination.

Maria Averkina, asset and development manager at Railpen, commented: “We remain strong in our position as the go-to place for outlet debuts in Scotland. We’ve had record footfall and sales, putting us on a positive trajectory as we kick off 2025, and our portfolio of brands is continuing to excel, catering to our visitors’ tastes. Our focus will remain on supporting existing tenants as well as attracting new ones, with several discussions already underway with leading retailers.”

In addition to lease renewals, several new brands joined Caledonia Park in 2024, reinforcing its position as a key location for outlet retail expansion in Scotland. Ben Sherman opened its first outlet store in Scotland, taking 1,500 sq ft at the end of last year. Moss recently refurbished its store following its Scottish outlet debut, and kate spade new york has expanded its footprint with a new store at the destination. Ben Sherman’s store offers a curated selection of signature outerwear and accessories, presented in a modern interior that enhances the customer experience.

With a strong sales trajectory, growing footfall, and an expanding brand portfolio, Caledonia Park is well-positioned for further success in 2025, continuing to attract leading retailers and outlet shoppers from across Scotland and beyond.
