Icon Outlet at The O2, a venture by AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners, heralds two significant store expansions: global lifestyle trendsetter, Calvin Klein, and sports merchandiser, Lids.

Calvin Klein has magnified its retail space by a striking 87%, leading to an expansive 6,576 sq ft store set to open this autumn. This move promises customers an even broader array of the brand’s apparel, incorporating a fresh kids’ section. Meanwhile, Lids’ 50% surge takes its footprint to 1,471 sq ft, spotlighting its Custom Zones feature which lets customers personalise their hats or apparel.

Bob Durda, Lids’ President, commented, “Lids is thrilled to augment our store space at The O2, ushering in a superior experience for our patrons. Our revamped, more spacious Lids store, launched on 4 August, is now ready to greet enthusiasts.”

Louisa Dalgleish, Leasing Director at Icon Outlet at The O2, reflected, “Witnessing two globally acclaimed brands expand significantly reiterates their sustained allegiance to Icon Outlet at The O2, fortifying its stature as a prime retail hub in London.”

This news trails the disclosure of Tommy Hilfiger’s revamped and 110% enlarged outlet at the location. Icon Outlet at The O2 is represented by KLM and CBRE, while Knight Frank stood for Lids.
