Castlepoint is set to welcome two new brands to its expanding line-up, as Rituals, a luxury personal care and wellness brand, and specialist kitchenware brand ProCook both sign ten-year leases at the South Coast retail destination.

Rituals will occupy a newly created 2,615 sq ft unit, while ProCook takes the adjacent 2,863 sq ft space, highlighting continued demand for high-quality retail offerings in Bournemouth.

Since its launch in 2000, Rituals has grown into a global brand with over 1,100 stores across 33 countries, offering products ranging from body care to home fragrances. This new store will further enhance Castlepoint’s beauty offering, joining established brands such as Boots, Holland & Barrett, and Superdrug.

Founded 28 years ago as a family business in Gloucester, ProCook has become the UK’s leading direct-to-consumer kitchenware brand. Known for its high-quality own-brand products, ProCook offers customers unbeatable value and 5-star rated customer service. The brand’s arrival at Castlepoint is part of its broader expansion plan to grow its UK retail footprint to 100 stores.

These recent lettings reflect the proactive asset management strategy led by Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Delancey, aimed at curating a top-tier retail experience at Castlepoint. A spokesperson for the joint venture owners commented: “It is great that Rituals has selected Castlepoint for its first store in Dorset. This continues a pattern seen with other new arrivals, like Mango and Nike, who choose Castlepoint as a beacon location for their brand presence.”

The retained leasing agents for Castlepoint are Curson Sowerby Partners and Morgan Williams, with Newmark advising ProCook.
