Castore, the British sportswear brand, is forging ahead with its global expansion, unveiling new stores across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. The Wirral-born label, established in 2015 by brothers Phil and Tom Beahon, has experienced a meteoric rise, transforming from a nascent startup into a burgeoning powerhouse within the span of eight years.

The brand’s growth trajectory continues with the announcement of upcoming store launches on Grafton Street in Ireland and within Bluewater, the UK’s second-largest shopping centre. These new establishments are set to bolster local economies by generating 15 new job opportunities in Grafton Street alone.

Castore’s retail concept stores will feature their latest men’s and women’s collections, including the Zone, Flow, and Apex lines. Additionally, they will offer teamwear for notable partnerships with McLaren and Red Bull Racing, as well as merchandise for the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) and Leinster Rugby.

The brand’s strategic expansion extends to the Dubai Mall, a new milestone that signifies Castore’s entry into the Middle Eastern market, building on the success of its European and UK presence.

At the heart of its operations, Castore is enhancing its headquarters in Manchester. The central office is set to span five floors, incorporating an innovative in-house store concept that serves a dual purpose for retail and visual merchandising.

Over the past year, Castore has launched over 25 retail sites and e-commerce platforms, a move that has led to the recruitment of more than 250 individuals, thereby contributing to job creation both nationally and within Manchester.

In terms of product development, Castore has designed and produced over 40,000 items, expanding its offerings to include a diverse range of athleisure and premium gym attire for all demographics. The brand has also collaborated with sports teams to design kits for athletes and fans alike.

We are incredibly proud to announce these new store openings, alongside the introduction of our store within Dubai Mall, allowing us to make our mark in the Middle East and be surrounded in good company of many prestigious brands.

“We’re thrilled to also be investing into our HQ in Manchester and expanding our team. We have exciting plans for 2024 and can’t wait to take our employees and customers on this journey with us as we continue to grow.

“It’s a very exciting time for Castore, as we’re determined to continue this growth trajectory and position the brand as a key player in the retail sports market, both locally in Manchester, nationally and overseas too.”
