Merchant Transact 360
Merchant Transact 360 is a two-day event on payments for merchants, taking place at ExCeL London on 21 and 22 April 2027. It is run by The Payments Association and shares an exhibition hall with PAY360, the association’s annual payments conference.
What to expect
The programme focuses on the payment issues merchants deal with day to day, including scheme fees, false declines, chargeback abuse, fraud, cross-border acquiring, checkout optimisation, payment orchestration, digital wallets and regulation. Agentic AI in ecommerce is also on the agenda. Alongside the conference there are roundtables, workshops and a VIP Merchant Lounge.
Who attends
The event is aimed at senior merchants in retail, hospitality, travel, utilities, telecoms and gaming, together with payment providers. The organiser expects more than 400 attendees, including over 200 merchants. The Retail Technology Show runs across the same hall, and merchants can attend it free of charge.
Tickets
Entry is free for merchants, while roundtables and workshops require a paid pass. Registration is on the Merchant Transact 360 website.
