
Retail Technology Show
The Retail Technology Show is an annual trade event focused on technology and innovation within the retail sector. Held at ExCeL London, the next edition is scheduled for 22–23 April 2026. The show brings together technology providers, retail businesses, and industry professionals to examine the role of digital tools and systems in contemporary retail operations.
Exhibitors typically showcase a broad range of solutions including software, hardware, customer engagement platforms, data analytics tools, supply chain technologies, and e-commerce systems. Visitors include decision-makers and executives from across retail sectors, representing both physical and digital channels.

Admission to the event is available through pre-registration. Registered attendees can access both the main exhibition and the conference sessions. The programme covers current and emerging topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, automation, customer experience, retail media, and sustainability in retail technology.
The show also features keynote addresses, panel discussions and technical seminars, with more than 125 speakers expected to participate. In previous editions, the event has hosted over 450 exhibitors, offering attendees opportunities to network, discover new products and explore potential partnerships.
