Surface Design Show
Surface Design Show is a trade show for surface materials used in architecture and interior design, held at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, from 2 to 4 February 2027. It is organised by Montgomery Group and covers materials for interior and exterior surfaces, including flooring, cladding and natural stone.
What to expect
The exhibition is accompanied by around 12 hours of CPD-accredited talks, along with workshops and installations. The Surface Design Awards 2027 also take place during the show. The organiser reports more than 6,200 visitors and 180 exhibitors.
Who attends
The show is aimed at architects, interior designers and specifiers, and is relevant to retail design teams sourcing materials for stores and other commercial spaces. Students are welcome, although large groups are not admitted.
Opening times and tickets
Entry is free, with registration opening in November 2026. The show is open from 4pm to 9pm on Tuesday 2 February, from 10am to 8pm on Wednesday 3 February and from 10am to 5pm on Thursday 4 February. Full details are on the Surface Design Show website.
