Just Eat has announced a new partnership with Boots, allowing customers to order a wide range of health and beauty items for on-demand delivery.

The partnership will initially launch with 50 Boots stores across major UK cities, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, providing customers access to over 1,000 products.

This collaboration marks the first time Just Eat has partnered with a pharmacy-led retailer and represents the platform’s continued expansion into everyday essentials beyond food delivery. Customers in the launch cities can now order a variety of Boots products, including:

  • Medicines for minor ailments such as coughs, colds, and hay fever
  • Best-selling beauty products from brands like No7, The Inkey List, and CeraVe
  • Toiletries and skincare items such as deodorants, tampons, and body lotions
  • Baby essentials, including nappies, milk formula, and children’s medicines like Calpol
  • Fragrance and gifting items
  • Snacks, sandwiches, and drinks

With the ability to deliver in as little as 30 minutes, Just Eat is furthering its mission to offer everyday convenience to customers across the UK. Plans are in place to expand the partnership to an additional 100 Boots locations by spring 2025.

Claire Pointon, Managing Director of Just Eat UK & Ireland, said: “The launch of our new partnership with Boots marks an exciting milestone for Just Eat as we continue to expand our offering beyond food delivery to everyday essentials. By partnering with the UK’s leading health and beauty retailer, we’re continuing our mission to empower convenience for our customers, helping them get whatever they want, whenever and wherever they need it.”

Boots’ Chief Digital Officer, Paula Bobbett, also commented on the partnership: “We’re delighted to partner with Just Eat to bring our range of health and beauty products to customers in a fast, flexible, and convenient way, wherever they are. It will be super handy for times when you need something urgently but can’t leave the house, like if you’re feeling unwell or are looking after your kids.”

This new partnership follows Just Eat’s recent collaborations with brands like Card Factory and Pop Specs, highlighting the platform’s broader commitment to on-demand delivery services. Research commissioned by Just Eat earlier this year found that 75% of those who have ordered on-demand groceries expect it to become part of their daily lives, a trend that the new Boots partnership aims to support.
