Kiki & Miumiu Market is set to open its second and largest location at Lewisham Gateway, following the success of its debut store at Elephant Park. The independent pan-Asian food market has secured a 5,000 sq ft ground floor unit within the development, with plans to open in early 2025.
Expansion to Lewisham Gateway
The new store will be the brand’s largest to date, offering an extensive selection of products from East and South East Asia. It will also contribute to the growing food and beverage (F&B) offering at Lewisham Gateway, joining recent additions such as Pret, which is located adjacent to the station.
Shelley Sandzer, the specialist leisure and retail agency, played a key role in securing the new location for Kiki & Miumiu.

The announcement follows another leasing success for Shelley Sandzer, which recently secured a new space for Tony Page’s Island Grill, a fine-dining kosher concept. The restaurant is set to upsize by 20% as it relocates from Bayswater to Marylebone.
