The first episode of The Retail Exchange, a new retail podcast series that throws a spotlight on key issues affecting instore performance, with insight and opinion from senior figures from within the industry, is now available to download.
Hosted by former-BBC journalist and broadcaster Declan Curry, episode one of The Retail Exchange is titled ‘Stores of the Future 2.0’ – featuring an experienced panel of leading retail professionals, including:

James Breaks, associate design director at design consultancy, the rpa:group

Listeners with hear the panel discuss the continued trend amongst leading retailers to launch ‘Store of the Future’ concepts, and if in reality these stores really do provide a glimpse into the future of retail. They also delve into the subject of concept stores being blighted by a ‘launch and leave’ syndrome, and whether greater focus be place on delivering retail transformation instore, every day.
