Retail apps specialist One iota has appointed Joe Till as Chief Executive Officer, marking the return of one of the company’s early senior leaders as it accelerates its growth plans.

Joe rejoins the business after first working at One iota in 2016, when he was appointed Head of Multi-Channel Solutions. At the time, his role focused on supporting retailers as they worked to better connect online and in-store experiences, an area that has only become more critical as consumer expectations and retail operations have grown more complex – and which has driven his return.

One iota works with retailers including Hugo Boss, SportsShoes.com, and JD Sports to connect digital and physical retail, helping create more joined-up customer journeys across ecommerce, stores, mobile and fulfilment. Its apps support use cases including click and collect, endless aisle, mobile selling and assisted service, giving retailers better stock visibility, stronger conversion and a more consistent customer experience across channels.

Since leaving One iota, Joe has held senior leadership roles across the retail technology sector, including at Sorted Group and most recently OneStock. In these roles, he worked closely with enterprise retailers on order management, fulfilment and omnichannel strategies, gaining first-hand experience of the operational challenges retailers face as they scale.

As CEO, Joe will lead One iota’s overall strategy, with responsibility for driving growth, strengthening partnerships and continuing to evolve the platform in line with retailer needs. He will work closely with the existing leadership team to support customers in delivering more connected, flexible and resilient retail operations.
