As the month countdown begins until Retail Technology Show, retail’s golden ticket event, returns for 2023 on 26 & 27 April at London’s Olympia, the latest trailblazing tech and innovations being showcased during the unmissable two-day event have been announced.

Unmissable headliners – from the Queen of Shops to Dragon’s Den stars
Hear from retail powerhouses Queen of Shops, Mary Portas, Dragon’s Den star Steven Bartlett, Former JD Sports CEO, Peter Cowgill, and broadcaster and High-Performance podcast host, Jake Humphrey, who will all headline on the Retail Technology Show stage. The best examples of bricks-and-mortar innovation
New for 2023 are the Retail Technology Show x RETHINK Retail store tours, hosted by retail influencer Ian Scott, which take place on the day before the show (25 April) and take in the bricks-and-mortar retailers shaking up and innovating the store scene. From immersive brand experiences to digitally enabled store formats, Ian Scott and the RETINK Retail team will take retailers on a store tour showcasing London’s best examples of physical retail experiences. Places are limited and are restricted to brand and retailers only.
Find first-mover advantage in the Discovery Zone
The very latest tech that can give retailers the edge they need to create first-mover advantage has been curated in the dedicated Discovery Zone, which showcases solutions exhibiting for the first time. New tech suppliers include CircularX, a SaaS solution enabling retailers to offer second hand or pre-loved commerce, chat and social commerce platform, SleekFlow, and Coalescent, a mobile robotics provider.
Take a tech tour on Baringa’s Start-up Safari
Taking place across the two-day event, the Start-Up Safari is a key part of Retail Technology Show’s continued commitment to driving the retail industry forwards through innovation. Carefully curated by leading international consultancy, Baringa, the Start-Up Safari will take retail visitors on a journey of discovery as they explore the top picks of the most exciting technologies set to disrupt the retail sector, as well as profiling the high-octane start-up community.

Always looking to bring retail inspiration from around the globe, there is strong international representation at the Retail Technology Show. Celebrating future-forward tech at the Innovation Awards
A mainstay of Retail Technology Show’s mission to showcase the most progressive innovations that help drive retail businesses forward, the Innovation Awards celebrate and recognise the most future-forward technologies at the show with the power to transform retailers’ operations. The winner will be crowned at the BIG Retail Party, from 4.30pm on Day 1 at the Champagne Bar.

Partnering with retail influencer and journalist, Gynn Davies, from Retail Insider, the Retail Technology Show will be revealing the 2023 Disruptors & Innovators report, a who’s who of the industry trailblazers from retail and tech who are leading the charge on innovation this year. The top 30 thought leaders making the 2023 list will be revealed ahead of the show.
