Silverburn has secured Space NK for a new ground-floor unit, adding another premium beauty name to the Glasgow destination’s retail mix ahead of a planned Q3 2026 opening.
Silverburn, the retail and leisure destination in Glasgow owned by Henderson Park and managed by Eurofund Group, is to welcome Space NK as the latest addition to its line-up.
The beauty retailer has signed for a circa 5,000 sq ft ground-floor store and is targeting an opening in Q3 2026. The new unit will mark Space NK’s second store in Glasgow.
“Having significantly strengthened the retail offer at Silverburn, our strategy is now focussed on bringing only the ‘most wanted’ brands to the centre. Space NK sits firmly within this category and is a complementary addition to our existing mix of beauty and fashion brands.”
Founded in 1991, Space NK opened its first store in Covent Garden in 1993, initially selling fresh smoothies, independent fashion labels and hard-to-find beauty products from emerging international brands including Diptyque, By Terry and NARS. Today, the retailer operates 87 stores across the UK and Ireland.
The deal further extends Silverburn’s recent activity in fashion and beauty lettings ahead of the planned 2026 opening.
