The Boulevard in Northern Ireland is set to open its doors to two new retailers as the year draws to a close.

On December 8, 2023, House of Cavani began its operations at The Boulevard. Specializing in contemporary menswear and formalwear, the brand has chosen a 2,000 sq ft unit on the western part of the outlet. Beyond offering a new shopping experience, this store is also creating six job opportunities for the local community.

Situated between Belfast and Dublin, The Boulevard has added Double TWO, a men’s shirt designer, to its retail mix. This store, occupying 1,400 sq ft, is Double TWO’s first venture in Northern Ireland. The store not only enhances the retail variety at The Boulevard but also contributes to the local economy by creating six new jobs. The store’s inventory includes an array of men’s shirts, casualwear, and women’s fashion, aligning with the gifting season.

The Boulevard RESIZE43

Alongside these new additions, several existing tenants at The Boulevard have renewed their commitment. Brands like Next and Molton Brown have extended their leases. Yankee Candle has built upon its existing success at the outlet. Mountain Warehouse has expanded its presence to 3,552 sq ft, including introducing ANIMAL, a surf brand. Levi’s® has also expanded, moving to a larger unit within The Boulevard, increasing its space by 50% in response to shopper demand.

Paul McCann, Asset Manager at Lotus Property, commented: “We are delighted to welcome a host of new stores to the scheme in time for Christmas and also to secure ongoing commitment from existing tenants in 2023. The Boulevard continues to record strong sales and footfall figures year-round, which will only be further bolstered by the new brands available to our loyal customers.”

The Boulevard, owned by Lotus Property and advised by Johnstone Property Consultants and KLM Real Estate, is witnessing a growth in its retail offerings.

In addition to its expanding retail landscape, The Boulevard offers a distinctive setting for shopping and leisure. Hosting over 50 stores, it provides a range of products from various well-known brands, consistently offering discounts between 30% and 70% off the RRP. Its open-air layout, paired with significant sheltered sections, caters to a diverse crowd, including families and fashion enthusiasts. The centre also features various eateries and an eight-screen cinema, enhancing the overall visitor experience.

The new stores, House of Cavani and Double TWO, join a list of existing tenants such as kate spade ny, Levi’s, GUESS, Kurt Geiger, Dune London, M&S, Next, Jack Wills, Timberland, Under Armour, Crew Clothing, and Joules. The addition of these new stores enhances the shopping experience for visitors to The Boulevard, reflecting the outlet’s role in catering to diverse consumer preferences.
