Merry Hill has welcomed international lifestyle, technology, and home appliance retailer Harvey Norman, which has opened its 57,000 sq ft flagship store. This new space marks the retail giant’s first location in England, further solidifying Merry Hill as one of the top retail destinations in the UK.
Harvey Norman, known globally for offering a diverse range of products to enhance the home, brings its extensive collection to the West Midlands. The new store offers luxury furniture, including sofas, dining sets, bedroom suites, and mattresses, alongside smaller home essentials such as kitchenware. Customers can also find a variety of home appliances, technology, and entertainment products from leading brands such as Dyson, Shark, Apple, Samsung, LG, Miele, and Sage.
The Merry Hill store features dedicated areas for each product category, including a bespoke cooking appliance centre designed specifically for the location. Harvey Norman also provides a variety of in-store services, such as click & collect and the Love Tech service, which assists customers with setting up their technology purchases.
The arrival of Harvey Norman strengthens Merry Hill’s position as a key retail and leisure hub in the UK. The store’s opening contributes to Merry Hill’s ongoing success, as its footfall continues to outperform industry benchmarks. In the past two years, over 100 brands have committed to the centre, enhancing its appeal to shoppers.

The opening of Harvey Norman coincides with the one-year anniversary of Hollywood Bowl at Merry Hill. The entertainment venue has played a key role in creating a new leisure quarter within the centre, alongside various food and beverage options, which has boosted footfall by 43% and delivered record performance.
JLL, Time Retail Partners, and Font Real Estate represent Merry Hill in this latest phase of its development.
