Railpen has announced that global footwear brand Crocs has signed for a new outlet store at Caledonia Park.
The 1,754 sq ft store will follow the established outlet format of Crocs, while Railpen continues to develop the destination’s retail mix. The scheme’s wider line-up includes Nike, POLO Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.

Outlet Format and Product Offer
The new unit will provide a bold and contemporary retail environment, with illuminated feature walls, dedicated personalisation areas, and the brand’s distinctive visual identity.
The space will stock core and seasonal collections for men, women, and children, including clogs, sandals, and slides, alongside lined and weather-ready styles suited to the Scottish market. A range of Jibbitz charms will also be available, enabling shoppers to customise their footwear in-store.

Due to open in April, the store will extend the destination’s footwear, casualwear, and family lifestyle offer. The arrival of Crocs further strengthens Caledonia Park’s position as a retail destination in Scotland.
“Crocs is another strong addition to Caledonia Park. As a globally recognised brand with broad demographic appeal, it will further enhance our footwear and lifestyle offer. This signing reflects our proactive leasing strategy as we continue to curate a resilient and well-balanced mix of brands and best-in-class outlet operators.”
Maria Averkina, Senior Asset and Development Manager at Railpen
Caledonia Park has also secured a series of renewals over the last 12 months totalling more than 12,000 sq ft, including Superdry, The Cosmetics Company Store, and Berghaus, signalling continued long-term commitment from occupiers at Scotland’s premium designer outlet village.
