SKIMS will open a new store at Westfield London in early 2027, marking its second standalone location in the UK. The signing has been announced by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and Commerz Real.
The planned opening follows SKIMS’ first standalone UK flagship at 245–247 Regent Street, which opened on 31 July 2026. The 12,000 sq ft store is the brand’s largest retail location in Europe and established its first permanent, directly operated retail presence in the UK.
SKIMS had previously developed a physical presence in the market through wholesale and temporary retail formats. Earlier in 2026, NikeSKIMS staged a Spring ’26 pop-up at Selfridges from 30 January to 5 March, presenting footwear, apparel and accessories from the seasonal collection.
Westfield London is home to more than 750 UK and international brands, with a tenant mix spanning luxury, premium, high street and emerging labels. The destination also serves one of the UK’s largest and most diverse customer catchments.
Founded in 2019, SKIMS has built its offer around essentials, with an emphasis on fit, comfort and inclusivity. Its move into a second standalone UK location continues the development of the brand’s physical retail presence alongside its online and wholesale channels.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Commerz Real said the signing also reflects continued demand from international retailers for prominent physical locations where brands can reach new audiences and develop their in-store customer experience.

The Westfield London opening will give SKIMS two standalone stores in the UK, alongside its Regent Street flagship, when the new location opens in early 2027.
