AllSaints has announced the appointment of British designer Aaron Esh as Chief Creative Officer, with effect from 3 November 2025.
A graduate of Central Saint Martins, Esh launched his namesake label, AARON ESH, in 2022. His work, drawing on Savile Row tailoring and British subcultural references, has earned industry recognition including an LVMH Prize nomination and support from the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN programme. His collections have been shown during London Fashion Week.

In his new role, Esh will report to AllSaints CEO Peter Wood and lead the creative direction of the brand across both menswear and womenswear. He will oversee design, campaigns, digital expression and brand tone, operating from the company’s East London studios.
Esh will continue to independently run his label, AARON ESH, alongside his new role.

The appointment marks a new phase for AllSaints as it looks to refine its creative identity under Esh’s leadership.
