Alo Yoga, the luxury activewear brand favoured by celebrities such as Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, is set to further expand its presence in London with new store openings on Brompton Road and Covent Garden. Known for its stylish and versatile activewear, Alo Yoga is rapidly becoming a key player in London’s high-end retail scene.
Founded in Los Angeles in 2007, Alo Yoga offers a curated selection of premium activewear and loungewear, designed to seamlessly transition from studio to street. Alongside its clothing range, the brand also offers a variety of wellness products and accessories.
Alo Yoga has already made its mark in London with a store on King’s Road, and has recently opened a new location on Regent Street. The expansion continues with the opening of its third London store at 75 Brompton Road, which spans 6,700 square feet over two floors and welcomed customers from September.
In addition to the Brompton Road store, rpa:group has been working with Alo Yoga to bring these new stores to life. rpa:group has provided a range of architectural services, collaborating closely with Alo Yoga’s internal teams in both the UK and the USA, as well as with their chosen contractors.
The expansion doesn’t stop there. Alo Yoga is also set to open a new store in Covent Garden later this year. The 5,000 square foot store, located at the junction of Neal Street and Earlham Street in the vibrant Seven Dials district, will span three floors. The project comes with the challenge of working within a unique Grade 2 listed building in an historic setting, but it’s an exciting development in the heart of central London.
On the success of its UK growth, Alo Yoga has also set its sights on The Republic of Ireland, with plans to open a new store in Dublin later this year. The Dublin store, like its London counterparts, is being developed with the support of rpa:group, further solidifying the brand’s international expansion.
