News is circling that Amazon Go has its eyes on a location close to Oxford Circus in London, where it plans to open a checkout-free store. According to The Sunday Telegraph, industry sources said the push to open the store in the West End, Europe’s busiest shopping area, was being orchestrated by Amazon’s US team, and not out of the UK.

Amazon Go stores are already in place across the pond in Seattle, Chicago and San Francisco. The company’s Just Walk Out Shopping experience means customers simply use the Amazon Go app to enter the store, take the products they want, and go. No lines, no checkout.
