Silverburn announces Bershka and PullBear will open in 2025 Large

Founded in 1991, Pull&Bear now operates nearly 1,100 stores worldwide, offering a fashion-forward mix of international trends influenced by street style and club culture. Bershka, launched in 1998, is designed for young, trend-conscious individuals who are engaged with music, technology, and social media.

The addition of Bershka and Pull&Bear follows a record year for Silverburn, which saw 15.2 million visitors in 2024. The centre is preparing for further openings in 2025, including H beauty, Hotel Chocolat, and Black Sheep Coffee. Additionally, King Pins is set to add bowling and shuffleboarding to the centre’s leisure offering when it opens this summer.

David Pierotti, general manager of Silverburn, commented on the expansion:
“This double announcement gives an early flavour of what is to come this year at Silverburn and highlights how hard we are working to enhance our fashion offer. We’re proud to be the first West of Scotland location for both stores, offering a strong mix of retail and leisure for our visitors. We are looking forward to what is set to be a very busy year.”
