Costa Coffee, has introduced a new innovation for Coffee Club members with the launch of Costa Collect – a service allowing customers to pre-order their favourite drink through their Costa Coffee Club loyalty programme app, before collecting at their selected store.
Initially launching across 111-London based stores, the new offering has been designed to deliver an easy and efficient way to order Costa Coffee. The app allows users to identify their nearest store and order any drink from Costa Coffee’s barista made menu; with size, milk type and added extras all easy to select. To further optimise the experience, Costa Collect allows customers to order more than one drink at a time and the app also stores previous orders so customers can easily re-order their favourites.
Payment can be made through the Costa Coffee Club app using credit and debit card details uploaded to the app and digital VAT receipts can also be sent via multiple channels for easy spend tracking.

Costa Coffee Club app users who frequent participating London stores will have the feature auto-enabled on their app. New users need to visit costa.co.uk/collect to download the latest app with the Collect feature enabled.
