London Designer Outlet has announced that global footwear brand Crocs will open a new 1,456 sq ft store later this year, further expanding the fashion and lifestyle offering at the Wembley-based outlet destination. The brand has signed a five-year lease, adding to the line-up of recent arrivals including French Connection, Rituals, and MINISO.

The store will carry Crocs’ extensive product range for adults and children, featuring its signature clogs, sandals, and other popular styles. A key feature will be a selection of Jibbitz™ charms, giving customers the option to personalise their footwear in-store.

This latest addition comes as London Designer Outlet continues to cater to a broad and youthful demographic. Shoppers aged under 44 now represent over half of the centre’s annual spend. Crocs, with its cross-generational appeal and rising popularity among younger consumers, is viewed as a timely and relevant inclusion.

Matt Slade, Retail Director at Quintain, said: “Crocs is a globally recognised brand that taps into the huge footwear trend amongst the dynamic, young and brand-savvy shopper demographic that we see here. LDO sits immediately within the buzz of London’s fast-growing, vibrant new neighbourhood with a diverse multi-generational audience and international students on the Wembley Park doorstep, while enjoying year-round high footfall driven by its iconic location next to the Wembley Stadium and excellent connectivity with London and commuter hubs.

“As a must-have and innovative brand, Crocs strengthens our position as London’s haven for shoppers seeking on-trend, premium footwear and trainers at affordable prices.”

The outlet, managed by Multi-Realm, spans 265,000 sq ft with 70 outlet stores, restaurants and cafés, including a mix of international and premium labels. Situated in Wembley Park, the outlet benefits from high footfall driven by events, tourism, and a growing residential population.
