Dr Sam’s Skincare, founded by leading dermatologist Dr Sam Bunting, is marking its first-ever retail partnership with an exclusive pop-up at Westfield White City. The event, designed and created by beauty experiential agency Backlash, highlights Dr Sam’s launch at Sephora UK and showcases the brand’s commitment to accessible skincare expertise. Running from 31 October to 3 November, the pop-up offers visitors a chance to explore the brand’s award-winning products and benefit from in-person skincare consultations with Dr Sam’s team.

The pop-up structure, designed to be modular, will allow Dr Sam’s to bring this immersive experience to different locations across the UK as Sephora rolls out more stores. Known for its science-led formulations and commitment to skin health, Dr Sam’s Skincare includes products like the viral Flawless Cleanser and the new Vitamin C NAD+ Serum, which are now available to Sephora’s in-store customers.

The event features interactive elements, including the “Unlock the Secret to Flawless Skin” lockers created by Backlash. Designed to capture customer interest, these lockers offer a chance to win a variety of prizes, bringing excitement to the in-store experience. Visitors can also explore the AI-powered Routine Finder, a newly developed tool designed to offer a personalised skincare regimen. The Routine Finder asks a series of questions about individual skincare concerns and provides tailored recommendations, complete with a “skin coach” to track progress over time in areas like texture, radiance, and redness.

Dr Sam Bunting, the brand’s founder, will make appearances at the Sephora Beauty Hubs in Westfield White City and Westfield Stratford. Joined by popular influencers Mille Mae (@lifewithmils) and Jessica Pimentel (@jessicvpimentel), Dr Sam will engage with visitors, providing expert skincare advice and introducing the brand’s product range in a hands-on way. These interactions reflect Dr Sam’s goal of making clinical skincare accessible and providing educational insights for customers.

Victoria Campbell, Managing Director at Dr Sam’s Skincare, shared her enthusiasm for the Sephora partnership: “Sephora was the natural choice for us given its positioning that embraces innovation, diversity, and inclusion. As an accessible luxury brand that focuses on education, we believe there is a great fit between the Sephora customer and Dr Sam’s.” Campbell also highlighted the brand’s growing popularity on platforms like TikTok, where Dr Sam’s Skincare has become one of the fastest-growing brands, engaging a digitally savvy audience.

Sarah Boyd, Managing Director of Sephora UK, commented, “We are thrilled to be stocking Dr. Sam’s award-winning, science-led skincare exclusively at Sephora UK as part of our commitment to providing our customers with new, disruptive and exciting brands.” Boyd noted Dr Sam’s standing as a trusted expert in the skincare community and expressed confidence that her products will resonate with Sephora customers across the UK.

With the pop-up set to visit more locations as new Sephora stores open, Dr Sam’s Skincare is poised to bring its expertise to a wider audience, combining clinical science with accessible luxury and creating a fresh experience for skincare enthusiasts.
