MAPIC
MAPIC returns to Cannes for its 30th edition with a reimagined format focused firmly on retail leasing. Taking place on 4–5 November 2025, the event has been streamlined into two days of high-value meetings, followed by an invitation-only NextGen Retail Day on 6 November.
Billed as ‘The International Retail Leasing Hub’, MAPIC will bring together over 2,000 brand representatives, with a renewed push to attract American and Asian participants. The event layout has been reshaped to include all exhibitors on Riviera 7, while Riviera 8 introduces premium networking spaces with bookable sea-view tables and private hospitality suites.
Cost-saving offers include discounted Air France flights, hotel packages from €100 per night, and private table options for non-exhibitors. The 2025 programme, themed ‘Creating value to build growth’, will explore investment, technology, sustainability, and consumer engagement across retail and real estate.
Director Francesco Pupillo said:
“We’ve sharpened our value proposition around three pillars: high-quality meetings, broader brand participation, and simpler, more effective networking.”
A new combined cocktail and gala reception will welcome all attendees on 4 November.
