Smart Retail Tech Expo
Smart Retail Tech Expo is a two-day exhibition and conference on retail technology, taking place at ExCeL London on 11 and 12 November 2026. It is run by Business Show Media and is open from 10am to 5pm on Wednesday and from 10am to 4pm on Thursday.
What to expect
Exhibitors and speakers cover AI, automation, omnichannel retailing, customer relationship management and unified commerce. ExCeL’s listing for the 2026 edition gives more than 50 exhibitors and 75 speakers, with over 3,000 attendees expected.

The show is aimed at retailers and business professionals who are reviewing or upgrading their retail systems.
