Spring Fair
The Spring Fair is a UK-based retail trade show held annually at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham. Scheduled over four days, the event brings together suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers across multiple retail categories including home, gift, fashion, beauty, and everyday products.
Open exclusively to trade professionals, the show is designed as a business-to-business platform for placing orders, meeting suppliers, and sourcing products. Attendance is free for registered visitors, who must be affiliated with a retail or wholesale business. The show is not open to the general public.

The event is organised into specific product sectors to assist navigation, with categories such as Home, Gift, Moda (fashion), Everyday, Beauty & Wellbeing, Kids, Toys & Play, and Retail Solutions. Exhibitors are showcased on the official exhibitor list, which is searchable by name, sector, or stand number. A digital floorplan is also available for planning ahead.
Spring Fair also features a programme of scheduled talks, trend insights, and live demonstrations. These sessions are open to all registered attendees and are designed to provide updates on consumer behaviour, merchandising techniques, and developments in product sourcing.
The show runs alongside Autumn Fair, with both events organised by Hyve Group. While Autumn Fair takes place later in the year, Spring Fair serves as a key ordering point for the first half of the retail calendar.
Visitors are required to register in advance via the Spring Fair website.
