The bakery chain is widening its on-demand reach through Uber Eats, adding selected stores as breakfast orders and coffee searches continue to rise across the delivery platform.
GAIL’s has entered a partnership with Uber Eats to expand delivery of its bread, pastries and speciality coffee from selected stores across the UK.
The launch follows growth in morning ordering on Uber Eats. According to figures supplied with the announcement, breakfast was the platform’s fastest-growing mealtime in the UK last year, while searches for coffee rose by 150% in 2025.
The partnership extends GAIL’s on-demand offer, giving customers access to products from participating bakeries through the Uber Eats app.
The available menu includes GAIL’s cinnamon buns, sourdough breads, croissants and savoury pastries, alongside its house-blend speciality coffees.
