Sephora UK is to open a 4,500 sq ft store at Brent Cross this winter, giving the beauty retailer a physical presence in North London for the first time. The brand was identified alongside Hollister as one of the most requested additions to the destination by customers.

The new store will bring together sought-after beauty brands and “Only At Sephora” favourites, supported by expert advisers, personalised services and immersive in-store experiences. It will be the sixth Sephora UK store within Hammerson’s portfolio.

Sephora Brent Cross

North London Expansion

The Brent Cross signing follows Sephora UK’s recent Glasgow opening and adds another location to the retailer’s expanding UK store network. At Brent Cross, the arrival also forms part of a wider programme of leasing activity during the destination’s 50th anniversary year.

Hollister is joining the centre at the same time with a 6,500 sq ft store. The fashion retailer will offer casual, California-inspired apparel and accessories aimed at teen and young adult customers, with an emphasis on accessible, trend-led fashion. Like Sephora UK, Hollister was among the brands most requested by Brent Cross customers.

Leasing Activity at Brent Cross

The two signings follow the exchange of 18 lease agreements at Brent Cross during the first half of 2026. Other recent openings and commitments at the destination have included MINISO, an upsized Mango, a major go-karting and leisure space from TeamSport and the District food hall.

“As one of the most recognisable names in global beauty retail, Sephora UK will further strengthen our beauty and lifestyle offer at Brent Cross. Together with Hollister, they will provide customers with more exciting reasons to visit and build on our continued momentum. They reflect the confidence of leading international brands in Brent Cross and the strength of our North London catchment.”

Catherine Wade, Leasing Manager at Hammerson

Brent Cross has received more than £20m of investment over the past five years as its retail and leisure offer has evolved. The destination comprises approximately 936,000 sq ft of retail space, houses more than 120 stores and serves a customer catchment extending across London and the South East.
