The Brent Cross deal follows further physical expansion by Hollister during 2026. A 6,000 sq ft store opened at Metrocentre in July as the brand’s largest regional location, while a further store has also been confirmed for Lakeside Shopping Centre.

At Brent Cross, Hollister’s arrival forms part of broader leasing activity as the destination marks its 50th anniversary year. Eighteen lease agreements were exchanged during the first half of 2026 as the centre continued to develop its retail, leisure and food offer.

“As one of the most recognisable names in global beauty retail, Sephora UK will further strengthen our beauty and lifestyle offer at Brent Cross. Together with Hollister, they will provide customers with more exciting reasons to visit and build on our continued momentum. Joint Signing With Sephora UK

The Hollister signing is being announced alongside a new Sephora UK store. The beauty retailer will occupy approximately 4,500 sq ft and is due to open in winter, establishing its first physical location in North London. The store will carry sought-after brands and “Only At Sephora” favourites alongside expert advisers, personalised services and immersive experiences. It will be the sixth Sephora store in Hammerson’s portfolio.

Further changes to the Brent Cross line-up have included MINISO, an upsized Mango, a major go-karting and leisure space operated by TeamSport and the District food hall.

More than £20m has been invested in Brent Cross over the past five years. The destination now comprises approximately 936,000 sq ft of retail space and more than 120 stores, serving customers from across London and the South East.
