LOOKFANTASTIC is to open a concept store at Cabot Circus in Bristol, continuing the development of its omnichannel strategy.
The 3,000 sq ft unit is designed to bring the retailer’s digital offer into a physical setting, combining product discovery, in-store services and community engagement. Bristol was chosen for its large and diverse population, significant student presence and established base of online customers.
Customers will be able to shop across skincare, haircare, fragrance, bodycare and cosmetics, with a curated selection of brands stocked online. Brand partners at the Bristol store will include Jo Malone, Tom Ford, YSL, Armani, Medik8, Color Wow, Sol de Janeiro and Laneige.
A central feature of the store is the retailer’s Beauty Box concept, described as a rotating edit that refreshes monthly. Each iteration is designed to introduce customers to new brands and products, encouraging repeat visits and ongoing engagement.
The store will also incorporate a dedicated skin service room, where a skincare specialist will provide treatments. Flexible areas will be used for brand activations, pop-ups and window takeovers, allowing the space to respond to launches and seasonal campaigns.
