Savile Row, Clifford Street, and Cork Street in London’s prestigious Mayfair district have recently welcomed five new retail establishments. This expansion not only enriches the area’s reputation for bespoke tailoring but also introduces a diverse range of craftsmanship and retail experiences.

Among the newcomers is Pineider, an Italian brand specializing in leather goods and stationery. Their new location at 3 Clifford Street marks the brand’s first flagship store in the UK. Founded in 1774 in Florence, Italy, Pineider offers a range of products including luggage, smaller leather goods, notebooks, and pens. The brand stands out for its personalization services and bespoke product collection. Additionally, Pineider hosts calligraphy classes, contributing to the area’s cultural offerings.

Fedro Gaudenzi, a bespoke tailor, has opened its atelier at 34 Cork Street. Since its establishment in London in 2016, Fedro Gaudenzi has been blending Italian and British craftsmanship with a focus on innovative designs. The atelier offers a vast selection of over 12,000 materials, allowing for the creation of unique garments, including suits and wedding gowns.

Perfumer H, a new flagship store by British perfume maker Lyn Harris, is now open at 15A Clifford Street. Designed to reflect the Georgian heritage of the street, the store offers a range of fragrances, candles, incense, and pantry products. Perfumer H stands out with its unique approach to scent, based on five iconic scents: bergamot, smoke, leather, ink, and rain cloud.

HAX, founded by Hattie Glendenning in 2023, offers an innovative approach to tailoring. Located at 15 Clifford Street, HAX specializes in made-to-order tailoring for both men and women, focusing on quality and fit. The brand uses Yorkshire-made fabrics, emphasizing local craftsmanship.

Daniel Hanson, established in 1989, has become renowned for its bespoke dressing gowns and loungewear. Located at 36 Savile Row, Daniel Hanson offers a selection of ready-to-wear products, designed and manufactured in Nottingham using the finest materials. The brand’s product range includes pyjamas, silk and cashmere scarves, and sleep masks.
