SKIMS has officially opened its first permanent store in Mexico, located at the Artz Pedregal shopping centre in Mexico City. The opening marks a significant development in the brand’s international growth, bringing its physical retail concept to a new market.

The launch at Artz Pedregal leads a broader series of store openings planned across Mexico, demonstrating SKIMS’ response to increasing demand from its global customer base. The new space offers an opportunity for customers to engage directly with the brand and experience its full product range in person.

Architecturally, the store adopts a bold design approach, balancing strength and softness. It features exaggerated curved openings alongside monolithic geometric structures. The streamlined shapes aim to evoke simplicity and subtlety, contributing to a space that mirrors SKIMS’ established visual identity.

The exterior signage includes oversized 3D SKIMS lettering, intended as a focal design feature to establish brand visibility. Internally, the lighting scheme uses soft, ambient glows to foster a warm environment. Fitting rooms have been designed to offer both privacy and comfort, enhanced by mirrored walls and reflective lighting that extend the spatial perception and add to the overall shopping experience.
