Superdrug has unveiled its newly expanded store at Bluewater Shopping Centre today, with Love Island star Sophie Piper cutting the ribbon at the grand opening. The new store, which is double the size of its previous location within the shopping centre, spans 8,288 square feet and has created 18 new jobs, with all current employees transferring to the new site. This expansion is part of Superdrug’s broader strategy to enhance its bricks-and-mortar presence, as it plans to open 25 new stores across the UK in 2024, marking its 60th year on the British high street.

The larger Bluewater store offers an extensive range of health and beauty products, including everyday essentials, luxury fragrances, and Superdrug’s own-brand cosmetics, Studio London. Beauty enthusiasts can also explore best-selling ranges such as B. Skin, Me+, Vitamin E, Optimum, and Naturally Radiant. The store also features an exclusive selection of beauty and personal care brands, including Relove by Revolution, MUA, Morphe 2, and Avon.
