Superdrug has partnered exclusively with Just Eat to introduce a new rapid delivery service offering over 8,000 health and beauty products, with delivery in as little as 30 minutes. The partnership aims to provide greater shopping flexibility and will be rolled out nationwide by March 2026.

Customers can use the Just Eat app or website to select their local Superdrug store, browse items across 43 categories – including beauty, fragrance, baby care and medicines, and have their order packed in-store and delivered by Just Eat couriers.

Simon Comins, Chief Operating Officer at Superdrug, said:

“We’re thrilled to partner with Just Eat, bringing our customers their favourite products straight to their door in thirty minutes or less. It’s no surprise that Superdrug is the most‑searched retailer on the platform, and this partnership perfectly supports our goal to make shopping with us as seamless and convenient as possible, wherever and however our customers choose to shop.”

The move supports Superdrug’s O+O (Online + Offline) retail strategy, aiming to deliver a more connected experience for customers. It complements the retailer’s existing services such as click-and-collect, same-day delivery and in-store digital tools.

Just Eat, which supports a growing range of retail delivery services, will handle the logistics of the partnership through its courier network. The initial rollout coincides with the pre-Christmas period, providing an option for customers seeking last-minute health and beauty essentials.

Caroline Bates, Grocery & Retail Director at Just Eat, said:

“In the last year alone we’ve sold over three million health and beauty products through our app, and our new exclusive partnership with Superdrug in time for Christmas will offer our customers instant access to even more choice. With over 8,000 products – from fragrance to first aid, baby essentials to beauty electricals – shopping Superdrug via Just Eat is the ultimate convenience, helping make our customers’ lives that little bit easier.”

The service has launched across 29 Superdrug locations, with further expansion expected in the coming months. Areas covered in the initial phase include Angel Islington, Banbury, Basingstoke, Bedford, Birmingham Union Street, Bolton, Borehamwood, Bristol Gallagher Retail Park, Cardiff Queen Street, Coventry, Croydon, Derby East Street, East Ham, Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre, Harlow Broad Walk, Harrow, Ipswich Tavern Street, Liverpool Belle Vale, London Marble Arch, Luton 31 The Mall, Manchester Arndale, Middlesbrough Captain Cook Square, Northampton, Nottingham Victoria Centre, Peterborough Bridge Street, Portsmouth Commercial Road, Romford, Southampton Above Bar and Sutton Coldfield.
