The White Company is set to open a new store at Lakeside Shopping Centre in spring 2026, marking the brand’s second location in Essex.
The 5,000 sq ft store will offer the full breadth of the brand’s product range, including clothing, homewares, fragrance, bedding and the Little White Company. It will be one of four new stores launched by the brand in spring 2026 across the UK.
The addition of The White Company strengthens Lakeside’s existing premium brand lineup, which includes Reiss, Charles Tyrwhitt, Chisholm Hunter and H Beauty. The centre continues to position itself as a destination for high-quality retail and lifestyle offerings.

The Lakeside location is part of a wider investment strategy aimed at enhancing the centre’s overall retail and leisure experience. The White Company’s opening aligns with this direction and is expected to support the centre’s continued evolution as a mixed-use destination.
Lakeside Shopping Centre is owned by SGS UK Retail and asset managed by Pradera Lateral. The leasing agreement for The White Company’s new store was managed by LM Real Estate and Smith Young.
