In the past year, Victoria Square has successfully signed agreements with over ten national and international brands, cumulatively spanning more than 40,000 square feet.

The expansion includes the introduction of Rituals, which has recently opened its largest UK store in Victoria Square. Spanning 3,530 square feet, this new upsized location is situated on the Lower Ground Floor, adjacent to Ted Baker. Importantly, this store is also the first to feature a novel concept design set to be adopted across the UK.

Over the last twelve months, Victoria Square has become a pivotal location for various fashion and lifestyle brands making their regional debuts or establishing flagship stores in Northern Ireland. Recent additions include The White Company, Sweaty Betty, Gilly Hicks, Goldsmiths, Gym+Coffee, and Lovisa, further diversifying the offerings at Victoria Square.

The dining experience at Victoria Square has also been enhanced with the opening of a new and refurbished Frankie & Benny’s restaurant and the launch of Slim Chicken’s Northern Ireland flagship. These establishments join a rich array of casual dining options, including wagamama, Five Guys, and Burger King, contributing to the comprehensive culinary selection at the center.

Russell Banham, UK Head at Commerz Real, said: “We are delighted with the sheer number of established brands selecting Victoria Square for regional debuts, flagship locations and upsizes which demonstrates its importance as the leading destination for retail,  and leisure in Belfast and Northern Ireland.”

Real estate firms Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills are joint agents for Victoria Square. The Lambert Smith Hampton’s Belfast office manages Victoria Square, with Savills representing Rituals and Shiells & Co representing Sculpted By Aimee in these negotiations.
