Paul Carter, Asset Director at Peel Retail & Leisure, commented:
“11 lease renewals is a sign of the strength of Gloucester Quays’ offer, and the ability to retain brands because they succeed here. Complemented by a host of new lettings, these deals mean our visitors will continue to have a diverse, top-quality tenant line-up, and the momentum won’t be stopping there. As we close in on the end of our 15th anniversary, the next year is already shaping up to be a bumper period for leasing, with several renewals in the works, and even more diversity in Gloucester Quays’ retail, F&B and leisure on its way in the coming months.”

Brand Perspectives on the Outlet’s Success

Emma Wylie, a representative of Le Creuset, shared insights into the brand’s renewal:
“At Le Creuset it is crucial to us that we create a space that evolves with our brand, so investing in our Gloucester Quays site was a natural step. The store has benefitted from the outlet’s heart-of-the-city location and loyal catchment of visitors, so we were thrilled to unveil and showcase our new fixtures, fittings and displays designed to elevate the shopping experience further. The refit signals the continuation of a long-standing partnership we’ve built with Gloucester Quays, and we look forward to continuing this in 2025 and beyond.”

Welcoming New Brands in 2024

This year has also seen Gloucester Quays expand its retail and food and beverage line-up. New store openings include Reiss, Moss, and the UK’s second standalone store from Berghaus. The outlet has further diversified its F&B offering with additions such as Pret A Manger, Subway, Krispy Kreme, and Bakers & Baristas.
