Chilly’s is opening an interactive Christmas pop-up in Soho built around customisation and product longevity, running from 9 November to 23 December on Walker’s Court.
Called ‘Every Part Matters’, the space just below Berwick Street lets visitors build their own Chilly’s Series 3 Bottle and Flip, mixing and matching components and adding laser engraving to create a personalised gift.

The pop-up is designed to show how the brand’s modular products work, with individual parts that can be customised, replaced, upgraded and returned at the end of their life to keep each product in use for longer. Visitors can explore the components that make up each product, choose their own combination and see how the design can adapt over the course of ownership.
Ready-made products and seasonal collections will also be on sale, alongside a refill point and a dedicated area for returning end-of-life products. The activation coincides with the introduction of a new extended warranty, as the brand looks to support its products for longer after purchase.
“Every Part Matters is about showing people what goes into a Chilly’s product and why those details make a difference over time. With Series 3 and Flip, modular design gives people the freedom to make a product their own, replace individual parts and keep using it as their needs change.
Tim Bouscarle, Co-Founder & Director, Chilly’s
“Christmas felt like the right moment to bring that thinking to life. We want people to come in, build something personal and leave with a product they’ll value long after the decorations come down. For us, thoughtful design means thinking beyond the day someone buys the bottle.”
Chilly’s was founded in 2010 by James Butterfield and Tim Bouscarle with the aim of giving people access to cold water on the go without relying on single-use plastic bottles. Beginning with the original Chilly’s Bottle, it has since expanded into a broader range of reusable products.
‘Every Part Matters’ is open at Walker’s Court, Soho, from 9 November to 23 December.
