Victoria Square, Belfast’s primary retail and leisure destination, is set to welcome new stores from Bershka, Pull & Bear and LEGO. This includes the Northern Ireland debut of Bershka and LEGO, alongside a significant relocation and expansion for Pull & Bear.
Fashion retailer Bershka will open a 17,500 sq ft flagship store on the upper ground level of Victoria Square, adjacent to Goldsmiths. The store will offer the brand’s three main lines: Bershka, BSK, and Man. The decision to launch in Belfast follows Bershka’s strong performance across other UK locations.

In tandem, sister brand Pull & Bear will move into a new 16,000 sq ft unit on the same level. The relocation triples the size of its current lower ground floor unit, enabling the brand to stock a wider range of its menswear and womenswear collections. The new store will also adopt a digital-first model, incorporating self-service tills, online order pick-up and return stations, and interactive digital screens.
Also joining the retail line-up is LEGO, which will open its first store in Northern Ireland this summer. The 1,700 sq ft store will be located on the upper ground floor, adding a new dimension to Victoria Square’s retail offering.
Russell Banham, UK Head at Commerz Real, the asset managers for Victoria Square, commented: “Over the years, we have solidified Victoria Square’s position as the first choice for retail and leisure in Northern Ireland. We have a strong track record of delivering brand debuts and flagships for leading brands, which these new signings add to significantly, and place the destination in a very strong position to achieve continued growth.”
Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills are joint agents for Victoria Square, which is managed by Lambert Smith Hampton’s Belfast office.
